Big O Tires

Just went back for the free tire rotation on my new tires and they discovered I needed new shocks. They show me pictures and went through the detailed safety inspection. I really appreciate them going the extra mile at no charge. All these guys were great and easy to talk to. Prices were reasonable and tires were high milage and inexpensive.

Always a great experience! The team is attentive and helpful. Service is great! Recently went for an alignment and the tech noticed some issues with my suspension that would have affected the alignment service. Rather than proceeding he walked me out to show/explain the issue. I appreciate the honesty/integrity and will definitely use them again!

The sensor did turn on but I think it was the heat . Because it turned off as soon as I hit The cooler weather of California. And it continued to work just fine with no problems. Thank you so much for taking care of it

I am beyond happy with the service I received at Big O Tires . I got an oil change and a free brake inspection. They were kind enough to let me know that I did not need breaks yet , I did however have a bunch of other problems but that's neither here nor there . Adrian helped me so very much, he even took the extra step of itemizing the things that were wrong by importance and what I could wait on. I let him know I was on a budget and he did his best to accommodate me. I really appreciate Adrian going out of his way to help explain everything to me without pressure. I will definitely come back ☺️ thank you and please let Adrian know he was an absolute Jem .

I went by the Pacific Avenue store recently to get some routine maintenance done. As I am planning soon to go out of town and want to safely arrive at my destination. I was pleased with the service provided to me. My battery was replaced, my driver side front turn signal bulb replaced as well. Plus my air filter was changed. The only issue was the amount paid. I understand the work done as well as parts and labor. Not to mention waiting for a part being delivered from an auto parts store. I just wasn’t hoping for having to pay so much. But, you do get what you pay for. Which is quality service completed, when visiting any Big O Tire store. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.
